Atelier Nord decides why and how the data collected on this site is used, and is responsible for it.

The site is operated on their behalf by ELECTRO RENEW, which processes data only on their instructions.

Only what a request needs in order to be answered:

• Quote requests: your name, e-mail, company, telephone, the products chosen and your message.
• Contact messages: your name, e-mail, subject and message.
• Technical data needed to serve the pages, and a cart kept in your own browser.

No payment is taken on this site, so no bank details are ever collected.

To answer your request and, where a business relationship follows, to carry it out. The legal basis is your request itself, and the legitimate interest in replying to it. Your data is never sold, and never used for advertising.

Requests are kept for the time needed to answer them and for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, then for the period any accounting or tax obligation requires. An account is kept until you ask for it to be deleted.

The company's own staff, and ELECTRO RENEW as the technical operator of the site. Data is stored on servers in the European Union.

It is never sold, rented or passed to a third party for their own purposes.

You may at any time ask for:

• a copy of the data held about you;
• correction of anything inaccurate;
• deletion of your data;
• processing to stop;
• your data in a portable format.

Write to [email protected]. You will get an answer within one month.

If the answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country — in France, the CNIL.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookie. It stores only what it needs to work: your cart, in your own browser, and — if you sign in — a session cookie. Neither tracks you across other sites.
